Return & Exchange Policy 📦

Because all CookieKpopMerch items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or if you simply no longer want the product. Please double-check size guides before placing your order.

However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

To request a replacement:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos of the issue
• Include your order number

Once approved, we’ll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost.

📬 Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will re-send your order after verifying with the courier.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Because products are custom printed for each order, we cannot offer returns or refunds for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Customer address errors
