Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. On average, orders take:
7-14 business days for most destinations.
15-30 business days for remote areas or regions with limited postal services.
Please note: that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or postal service disruptions.
Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Products
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
Your order number.
Photos of the defective or damaged item.
A brief description of the issue.
Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following solutions:
A full refund for the defective/damaged item.
A replacement shipment of the item at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that we do not offer refunds or re-shipments for the following:
Orders that are delayed due to customs, postal services, or other external factors.
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product (unless defective).
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier first. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
